Transparent communication – how information moves between nodes of the network. The primary structural mechanism for inter-circle information flow is linking or weaving: the weaver carries not only decisions and agenda items but felt experience between the two spaces they inhabit. Weaving thus double-functions as a mechanism for both governance alignment and information flow. Where circles are not directly linked, Open decision records ensure that governance information is accessible to anyone in the network.
Shared learning – how insights reach those who need them.
Each protocol requires ritual, critique and contemplation attending to: what information is being suppressed, who controls narrative, and whose stories get amplified.
