Conflict-as-information

Part of the Conflict engagement area.

Accord. The network treats conflict not as failure but as energy and information about system dynamics. Any member can name a conflict without it being treated as a problem to be solved or a person to be blamed.

Ritual. When conflict is named, the first response is to notice it somatically – where does it live in the body? What does the collective tension reveal about what’s at stake? This slows the rush to resolution and honours the information conflict carries.

Critique & Contemplation. Root-cause inquiry, adapted from transformative justice: when conflict arises, the question is not only “what happened?” but “what conditions made this possible?” The inquiry attends to power differentials, historical patterns, and structural factors.
